Invesdoor.com (TM) was formed in 2008 by C.J. Lauria, a real estate investor for over 20 years. When the market had reached its over-inflated state in 2006 it became apparent that the time for a recovery was imminent. Seeing the need to “sell high” he sold all his income properties and decided to wait for the housing market to collapse. Once the inevitable happened, Mr. Lauria began to open the doors to other investors by creating Invesdoor.com(TM), the missing link for most sincere individuals seeking to create wealth through real estate.

If I want to sell my home why don’t I just call a Realtor®?
The answer is simple. Realtors are sales people…not Buyers. All they typically do is sign you up with an exclusive agreement to list your home and there is no guarantee that it will sell. INVESDOOR™ will write you a cash offer to buy within hours after you call. It is as good as sold.
Couldn’t I get more money for my property if I listed it on the MLS?
