When the market had reached its over-inflated state in 2006 it became apparent that the time for a recovery was imminent. Seeing the need to “sell high” he sold all his income properties and decided to wait for the housing market to collapse. Once the inevitable happened, Mr. Lauria began to open the doors to other investors by creating Invesdoor.com(TM), the missing link for most sincere individuals seeking to create wealth through real estate.
