In 1988 C.J. Lauria, with little to no money, began investing in income properties in the Northern California market. By 1990, he had acquired two apartment buildings generating good cash flow. Nonetheless, the ensuing recession and the subsequent effects on rents and property values provided some painful, but valuable lessons…with wonderful results.
Mr. Lauria became convinced that the reckless over-leveraging of the 80s was neither wise nor profitable in the long run, thus emerged an entirely seasoned perspective on real estate investment. Since then, the United States has experienced a “bubble” of unprecedented growth followed by the worst recession since the Great Depression.
It was back in 2004 during the real estate peak that C.J. Lauria predicted the implosive decline of values. Over the next 3 years he started to sell all of his income properties for millions of dollars in profits. The principles and methods he has developed have proven highly profitable and have weathered the storm of economic uncertainty.
In an effort to help others break into the industry and realize their goal of financial freedom, he developed an exciting system for “wholesaling”, empowering individuals to eventually build their own wealth by accumulating cash flowing income properties. Soon the mentor for life!™ mentorship program was born. This business model soon emerged as a fully duplicable system that can operate in any market, regardless of the economy.
The idea behind the concept is to assist sincere people with serious goals and determination to acquire legitimate wholesale deals so they can walk into instant equity that yields a strong cash flow from day one.
