In 1988 C.J. Lauria began investing in income properties in the Sacramento,California market. By 1990, he had acquired 2 apartment buildings with good cash flow. Nonetheless, the ensuing recession and the subsequent effects on rents and property values provided some painful, but valuable lessons with wonderful results.

Mr. Lauria became convinced that the reckless over-leveraging of the 80s was neither wise nor profitable in the long run. Thus began an entirely seasoned perspective on real estate investment. Since then, the United States has experienced a “bubble” of unprecedented growth followed by the worst recession since the Great Depression.

It was back in 2006 during the real estate peak that C.J. Lauria predicted the implosive decline of values and sold all of his income properties for millions of dollars in profits. The principles and methods he has developed have proven highly profitable and have weathered the storm of economic uncertainty.

In 2008 he developed an exciting system for “wholesalingreal estate for a living while accumulating cash flowing income properties with the goal of financial independence.
