ALLEN TAPP
President & C.O.O.

As President of Invesdoor Allen is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company, assuring that business operations at Invesdoor are efficient, effective, and that both internal and external customer support is top priority. His business insight and experience provides the foundation to lead the strategic and aggressive company growth initiatives, along with the developing infrastructure, and enhancing business systems.

Allen brings an extensive background in Sales, Marketing, and Management with over 18 years experience in the corporate world. He has a winning track record of building successful sales management teams and producing industry leading results. He has won numerous awards and has been recognized nationally for his leadership accomplishments. Since coming to Invesdoor, Allen has quickly established himself as a respected industry leader in the areas of marketing and business development. With his enthusiasm for the business and a driving passion to stay on top of industry trends, his focus is to grow the Invesdoor brand into a leader in the industry. Allen attributes his success as a manager and leader to having a genuine passion for his people’s personal and professional success.


GENE MLENAR
Director of Operations


At Invesdoor, Gene works in collaboration with the Corporate Team in the areas of marketing, development of Joint Venture Partnerships, and Operations.Gene directly communicates company inititives, strategies, and goals to Invesdoor’s Sr Territory Managers, along with mentor & coach to all Territory Manager’s. Gene brings his experience and positive, winning attitude to the company as a leader and motivator.

Gene comes to us from the corporate world. Most recently, he served as Divisional Sales Director for a very large chain of retail stores. Gene directed 10 Regional Sales Director’s and 230 stores in Northern California, Pacific Northwest, and Intermountain States. Prior to that, Gene worked in the chain drug industry spanning 30 years, where he earned a series of promotions including Market Manager, Special Project Operations Manager, and District Manager. During his career, Gene was recognized by receiving the companies’ Special Recognition Award, Team Achievement Award, and its highest honor, the Excellence Award.


JEIA GRAY-LAWRENCE
Senior Territory Manager


As a fulltime Partner and Senior Territory Manager with Invesdoor, Jeia’s approach to real estate investment is focused on providing creative solutions to those who would like to take advantage of the opportunities now available through purchasing properties at wholesale prices.

Jeia prides herself in finding the silver lining, and in light of the recent downturn in the market affecting family living situations and retirement, she has found that it has become a priority to many to develop creative revenue building solutions. With this in mind, Jeia’s desire to build wealth and coach others to do the same led her to coach others the Invesdoor way. Working with a unique business model, she puts her energy into helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments by providing the inside track to exclusive, non-listed properties and other creative solutions to real estate problems.


J.R CLARKE
Senior Territory Manager


Jim is currently leading the South Eastern market for Invesdoor as Senior Territory Manager. His role as leader, trainer and motivator is positioning this area for what will be a most successful and profitable region. Invesdoor and Jim maintain a strong commitment to all territory managers in this region.

Jim’s career began in 1969, working for large Metropolitan Newspapers as a district manager. Using his skills, he moved into the area of Sales/Marketing as a director of operations. To fulfill his entrepreneur goals, he launched his own business in 1990 and over the next 10 years developed an extremely profitable service company. During the years, he has served as a member of an international non-profit organization speaking before thousands as a teacher/counselor. Jim’s discovery of the foreign exchange market began in 2000 which brought into focus a huge opportunity for financial freedom and independence during the turn of the century. He remains active in the insurance industry and continues to serve both as a teacher and mentor in the private sector.


LEE BRISTER CPA
Chief Financial Officer


Lee has been working with small businesses for over 35 years.

After 15 years working as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for a variety of small businesses, Lee was employee #1 for a start up real estate related company that became a $2 billion dollar business.

For the last 20 years Lee has operated a business consulting and tax practice with clients in all of the Western States.

Lee has experience with the following industries: mortgage banking, real estate, internet, insurance and many others.


TAREK DAOUK
Chief Negotiator, Loss Mitigation Dept.


As loan negotiatior, Tarek’s job is to work with the ones that no one else likes to deal with. No, not your in-laws, but the banks. The process starts and ends with him. His role is to make sure that every short sale package is submitted according to guidelines and to assure that only the necessary and appropriate information is submitted.

It’s a tedious work that takes a lot of organization, follow-up, and patience, but yet when done right, there are positive results for all parties involved.

A realtor and investor himself, he understands all the forms and legalities in this domain. Also, holding Bachelor’s degrees in Math and Physics and working as a Senior Network Administrator for a decade do come in handy when solving issues and being creative in finding solutions to issues that arise.


RUSSELL ROESNER
Finance Manager


Mr. Roesner started his business consulting firm, Found Equity in 1997 focusing on Regulation D private placements for startups and raising investment capital through accredited investors, private equity groups, hedge funds, pension plans, and broker dealers. Since 1998, he has been investing in commercial and residential real estate and has been lending to real estate operators nationwide.

He was the director of investor relations at Capital Alliance where he raised in excess of $50 million for several regulation D mortgage pool offerings that he designed and marketed to the public. He has consulted with a number of firms in strategic planning, market evaluation, new investment product development, and created strategic alliances as a consultant and interim manager executing leading-edge business development, marketing, and investment strategies to drive corporate real estate business growth objectives. He has participated in the due diligence and real estate acquisition strategy development, investment, and lending operations at a number of companies including Capital Alliance, Equity Coalition, GT Financial, Norcal Capital Management, Lord Financial, and California Mortgage and Realty.

Presently, Mr. Roesner is the CEO and President of the Equity Coalition, a San Francisco based company specializing in structured real estate finance providing private equity and mortgage loans to facilitate Real Estate acquisitions and investments nationwide. His company controls one of the most comprehensive private money networks in the nation and has partnered with some of the most highly capitalized real estate investors remaining within the United States.


PEDRO MIGUEL ADAO
Director Of Wealth Planning


Mr. Adao is licensed or certified in the following areas of wealth planning:

He has owned and operated his own real estate firm, Adao & Associates, that specializes in distressed properties, rehabilitation and resale for profit since January, 2008. Pedro has become somewhat of an expert in the area of the Trustee Sale process with over 60 successful projects since early 2009. Additionally, Mr. Adao has owned and operated Kingdom Capital Fund, LLC, which focuses on conversion of distressed properties into high-yielding performing assets and currently owns over 100 first deeds of trust/mortgages across 18 states.

Since 2005 Mr. Adao, as President of Pacific Advisors, has worked with families and business owners to create, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans that include: Protection Design and Review (Insurance: Auto, Homeowners, Personal Liability, Disability, Long Term Care, Medical, and Life Insurance), retirement planning and wealth accumulation strategies primarily focused on real estate and closely held business as the primary wealth accumulation vehicles. Expert income, capital gain, and estate tax planning capabilities are also included.


GIL TOGNONI
Web Administrator / Webmaster


As Web Administrator of Invesdoor Gil is responsible for daily Web operations such as monitoring servers performance, hardware , software and security systems, ensuring they are operating accurately. He is also responsible for publishing, marketing & managing content.

Growing up Gil had the opportunity of traveling extensively and living in several different countries. Following in his father’s footsteps he became a Customs Broker, studying economy, marketing and accounting. Upon acquiring these skills, he was employed by one of the largest industrial Import-Export Companies in the world as a Customs Broker. This was instrumental in giving him his broad understanding and practical overview of the global business world and it’s economy.

He has and continues to study intensively the computer field, specifically computer programming, software , internet applications and Web Marketing. In the late 90′s Gil entered into Currency Trading markets as well as being the Webmaster,Technology Manager and assisting developer of Currency trading systems for successful educational trading sites as well as technical leader on trading team systems.

He currently resides in California with his wife, as both Web Administrator / Webmaster and Consultant.
