What if I wish to join INVESDOOR™? What do I get from Mentor for life!™?

To enroll, each new prospective Team Member must go through a screening process to see if they qualify for the Mentor for life!™ Mentorship Program. Once enrolled, a student enters a joint venture partnership agreement with INVESDOOR™ and is the proud new owner of an INVESDOOR™ business.  New T.M.s enjoy a 13-week Training Course, Weekly Coaching Calls, Personal Mentorship on each of their deals and much, much more.

Once qualified by INVESDOOR™, is there a cost to joining the team?

There is a reasonable enrollment fee to enter Mentor for life!™  And the good news is that at the Elite™ level, the entire amount is fully refundable once the student reaches a predetermined level of gross profit. The amount of time this will take is entirely up to the student’s goals, objectives and commitment.

What if I don’t have any money to buy real estate right now?  Must I wait to get started in the real estate investing business?

Mentor for life!™ curriculum is centered around “wholesaling,” which is obtaining distressed properties and assigning the contract to Cash Buyers.  Therefore, you do not need to spend your money, take Title to anything or put your name on record anywhere.

What if my credit is damaged?  Am I “out of the game” until I can get back on track?

As a wholesaler, you will not need to use your credit.  Meanwhile we can help you to get your credit repaired so that when you’re ready to acquire your own properties, your credit will be where it needs to be.

Can I speak with someone on the phone before signing up?

We welcome your call. Once you fill out the initial application form, you will have a phone interview with INVESDOOR’s corporate staff. Otherwise, if you are already a true Entrepreneur and by now you recognize that Mentor for life!™ is for you, you can seize this moment and enroll right away.

How much work will it take for me to become a successful Real Estate Investor?

That depends on many factors including your attitude, level of training and the amount of time and effort you are willing to devote to your business. The more time and effort you put into this, the greater the probability of making really good money. This is a business, and like any REAL business, you must be serious and willing to commit to making it happen. Can you guarantee that I will make money with your information?
