INVESDOOR members are buying and selling homes all across the US. We are a membership organization made up of individual investors that share strategies and information in order to build personal wealth through real estate ownership. Each member acts on his own behalf but agrees to adhere to our published Standards, Policies and Procedures so as to insure a quality experience for all concerned. We use WABroker (CA DRE# 00697359) exclusively for Quality Assurance and for placing all of our member referrals.

Our members demand a high level of expertise from members of the real estate industry. You have been identified as a professional that meets our Quality Assurance standards. Please take a moment to review the materials that follow and familiarize yourself with our methods.

Many of our members buy and sell in more than one state so we have developed a standardized set of forms and formats to be used which are meant to simplify data exchanges across the various MLS services. You will recognize these simple forms and may be using some variation of them already. It is imperative that these forms and formats be followed precisely to guarantee that our data is acccurate and concise. Of course we invite suggestions at any time as to how we can simplify or improve the procedures. By working together we will create the needed solutions to remain successful in these changing times.

We currently are seeking REO listing agents, Short Sale listing agents and Buyers’ agents to receive referrals. Please specify what your current business consists of as well as any future plans you may have. We understand that most professionals specialize and we want to send you referrals that fit your model.

By becoming a Trusted Associate you will be part of a network of highly skilled individuals that offer valuable “up to the minute” expertise in this ever changing market. Our members and Trsuted Associates both have access to our proprietary market intelligence that is unsurpassed in the industry. For this reason we will include a Reciprocal Non Circumvention Agreement for you to sign.
