Blackstone

Just south of the popular El Dorado Hills Town Center, Blackstone is one of the newer master-planned developments offering an exceptional lifestyle amidst majestic rolling hills with enviable amenities.

The community boasts 900+ acres situated on the south side of Highway 50, with homes ranging from intimate and charming to palatial and majestic. Blackstone is set to include a number of parks, but already boasts miles of trails and 350 acres of open space. In caring for and cultivating the local environment, planners have also incorporated solar energy features and a community recycled water program.

The heart of the community is The Club, where neighbors meet to relax, rejuvenate, socialize, and play. This private facility features three pools (family swimming, laps, and a children’s wading pool), a spa, workout facility, massage room, children’s playroom, and playground. The grounds are equally inviting with fountains, fireplace, gazebos and shady pavilion.

Nearby shopping centers include El Dorado Hills Town Center, La Borgato, Montana El Dorado, and the Palladio at Broadstone in Folsom. Blackstone is located in the Buckeye Union School District, which includes five highly-regarded elementary and two middle schools.

Serrano

Serrano is the largest of the neighborhoods in the upscale community of El Dorado Hills. It currently boasts over 4500 private homes with a few hundred more buildable custom lots.

A variety of luxury homes and sites are available throughout the gated enclaves of Serrano – from wooded areas to golf course, to hilltops with spectacular views. Impressive entryways and streetscapes adorn the roadways. Tranquility and security are noted as two of the main draws of the area, however its cultivation of natural areas and 1,000 acres of surrounding open space is what elevated Serrano to the prestigious neighborhood it is today.

Miles of hiking trails weave through the neighborhoods and into the surrounding open area, which features ponds, creeks, wetlands, natural habitats, and spectacular views. Centuries-old oaks have been protected and integrated into the community, while thousands of plants, shrubs and trees were included in the development, garnering awards from the Sacramento Tree Foundation and the National Arbor Day Foundation.

Amenities include a par-72 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and a private country club with swimming, tennis and exercise facilities. On-site and nearby schools are ranked among the top in the country. Neighbors often come together at the Serrano Village Green, where events, such as outdoor summer movies are held annually.  Special events, like the Niello Concours Serrano, also take place in this esteemed community.

Lake Forest

Lake Forest is a larger community on the northern edge of El Dorado Hills, comprised of several smaller neighborhoods, including Waterford, The Summit, Winterhaven, Marina Woods, Lakehills, South Pointe and Green Valley Hills. Its location allows for expansive views of Folsom Lake and the surrounding valley and communities.

The area is known for its peaceful and luxurious lifestyle featuring classic homes situated along the rolling hills peppered with towering oaks, winding trails, open space, and an abundance of fauna.  Lake Forest Park is of one of El Dorado Hills’ newest parks, and features a picnic area, play structures, exercise circuit, sand volleyball, tennis courts, bocce ball, and walking trails. Numerous other neighborhood parks can be found throughout the many nooks of this sprawling community.
